Mindfulness in Nature
A gentle step away from everyday life and into native bushland. Join a guided session with Bri, or explore the reserve at your own pace with our self-guided mindfulness walks.
Guided Walks
You’re warmly invited to join us for a gentle, guided mindfulness walk in nature with Bri.
These one-hour sessions offer an opportunity to slow down, connect with the natural environment, and cultivate present-moment awareness. Through guided prompts and quiet reflection, we’ll explore the sights, sounds and sensations of the landscape while grounding ourselves in mindful movement.
No prior experience with mindfulness is needed, just comfortable walking shoes and a willingness to pause and notice.
Whether you’re seeking a moment of calm, connection, or simply time outdoors, we’d love to have you join us.
All welcome.
