Come and join us for a Bird Walk in Yarran Dheran, led by BirdLife Australia! Whether you’re a seasoned birder or just curious about the feathered friends around us, this walk is the perfect way to explore the reserve.

Yarran Dheran is home to a rich variety of birdlife, from the colourful lorikeets and cockatoos to the more elusive woodland species. On this guided walk, you’ll learn how to identify birds by sight and sound, hear fascinating stories about their behaviours and habitats, and discover why this bushland is such an important refuge for our native birds.

Bring your binoculars if you have them, wear comfy walking shoes, and get ready to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Mullum Mullum Valley. It’s a hands-on, fun, and educational way to connect with nature and maybe even spot a few rare visitors along the way.
