You’re warmly invited to join us for a gentle, guided mindfulness walk in nature. This one-hour session offers a unique opportunity to pause, breathe, and connect with the sights, sounds, and textures of our stunning natural environment at Yarran Dheran.
What to Expect:
Fully Guided: You’ll be led by Bri, an experienced facilitator skilled in guiding groups through restorative mindfulness practices.
Accessible Pace: The walk lasts one hour and involves gentle slopes. We move at a slow, deliberate pace. Please wear suitable footwear.
Quiet Reflection: The experience includes frequent periods of silent contemplation. For this reason, it is unlikely to be suitable for small children.
Inclusive: Whether you are a complete novice or have a long-standing mindfulness practice, this walk is designed for everyone.
No prior experience with mindfulness is needed—just comfortable walking shoes and a willingness to pause and notice.
